Pre-Order Terms


i) Kindly secure your pre-orders by making an advance payment first in order to secure your slots. All pre-orders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable.

ii) Please take note, sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed as our product is manufactured outside Malaysia. In any cases, that our Pre-Order is cancelled, full cash refund/credit refund will be given.

If you have ordered multiple pre-orders in a single order, the order will be sent out once ALL Pre-ordered items arrived.


What if my Coupon Code is unusable?

The error message should tell you what the issue is with your coupon code, else please check the below:
~ If the coupon code has expired
~ Coupon code is not applicable on promotional items
~ You can only apply one coupon code per order
~ If the coupon code is valid for one time use only

 

How do I shop?

You can shop on Annyeong through our website. After registering and verifying account, you are good to go!

 

Can I collect my order directly from Annyeong?

All purchases can either be made online and delivered to you or purchased from our pop-up store. Customers based in Perak State are only eligible to make their purchase online and collect them at our store in Ipoh.

 

How do I know if a product is back in stock?

Although in the works, we currently don't provide an alert for when an item is back in stock. We would advise you to monitor our website regularly for an update.

 

I’m having trouble logging in.

Please first make sure that you're using the same email and password you registered with. If you can't recall your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” and you will be prompted to enter your email address. Then check your mailbox for the link to create a new password.

 

Free shipping is not usable

Free shipping threshold is calculated after deduction of any promotions and discounts. Please also check if there's any item in your bag that's not eligible for free shipping calculation. You can also easily see how much more you need to add to your bag to waive shipping on the checkout page.

 

Why is my status “processing”?

"Processing" indicates that payment is made and your order is being prepared for shipment. The processing period varies depending on the order size and complexity, it takes time for us to process your order before we're able to begin shipment.

 

How do I know if my order is made?

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed and your order status should be changed to "processing". You should also receive an order confirmation email.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, and will be dispatched as soon as they're ready! In case when we do not have something in stock, you will be refunded and notified through email to avoid detainment of your shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.

 

Can my orders be edited?

Unfortunately, changes are not allowed once the order is finalized. The invoice is already printed and released for processing so changes are no longer possible.

 

Receiving a wrong item

If you believe we have sent you a wrong item, kindly reach out to our help team at admin@annyeong.my with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the incorrect item received. We will look into this as quickly as we can.

 

Receiving a broken item

As soon as you discover a fault, kindly reach out to our help team at admin@annyeong.my  with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the broken item. Please do not discard the item and its original packaging as we might need it to be returned. You may refer to our Terms and Conditions on returning and refunding products.

 

Editing shipping details

Shipping information can still be updated within 48 hours of successful payment. If your order has lapsed 48 hours, changes can no longer be made. To update your shipping information, kindly reach out to our help team at admin@annyeong.my for assistance.

 

A missing order

We may have sent your order in separate parcels so please check if any of your items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, kindly reach out to our help team at admin@annyeong.my with the order number and the missing item's name. We will look into this as quickly as we can.

 

Coupon code is not applicable after meeting minimum requirement.

As promotion items are not taken into calculation, please double check that the regular-priced items total meets the minimum requirement. If the code still does not apply, kindly reach out to our help team at admin@annyeong.my for assistance.

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum purchased product of 2 or more items.

 

How long is delivery?

Delivery typically takes up to 3 to 4 business days from the day following the day on which payment receipt is confirmed. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. This information can also be found in your Althea account. To check your parcel’s progress, just follow the tracker link provided.

 

I don’t have my tracking number

If you haven't received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be available in your Annyeong account and emailed to you as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
